We're looking for a lively, energetic and friendly person to join our front-of-house team at The Pizza Joint.
If you're someone who naturally has a big smile, enjoys talking to people and loves making customers feel welcome, this could be the perfect role for you.
### The Role
You'll be the friendly face of The Pizza Joint, helping create a great experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly smile
- Taking customer orders in person and over the phone
- Answering customer questions and helping with menu choices
- Preparing collection orders
- Making sure customers are served quickly and professionally
- Keeping the front of house clean, tidy and welcoming
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Helping with general takeaway duties when required
### What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- 16–18 years old
- Lively, energetic and enthusiastic
- Friendly and confident when speaking to customers
- Naturally positive and welcoming
- Someone who can greet customers with a big smile
- Reliable and punctual
- A good team player
- Willing to learn and get stuck in
No previous experience is required. We're more interested in your personality, attitude and willingness to learn.
