LEDFlex is a leading designer and manufacturer of premium LED lighting solutions for commercial, architectural and residential projects. We’re looking for a practical, hands-on individual to help keep our warehouse and facilities running smoothly.
The Role
This is a varied role combining warehouse support with general building maintenance. You’ll help maintain a safe, organised workplace while supporting the warehouse team and carrying out day-to-day maintenance around our site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the warehouse team with deliveries, stock movements and dispatch during busy periods.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs around the warehouse and offices.
- Complete basic decorating, carpentry, plumbing and other maintenance tasks.
- Set up work areas, move furniture and support office or warehouse improvements.
- Check equipment and tools, reporting any repairs or maintenance required.
- Coordinate with contractors when specialist work is needed.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and report any hazards or maintenance issues.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in warehouse support, facilities, maintenance or a handyman role.
- Has practical DIY skills and can carry out basic repairs.
- Is organised, reliable and enjoys solving problems.
- Can work independently and manage changing priorities.
- Has good communication and teamwork skills.
- Is happy to help different departments when needed.
- Has basic computer skills.

Pay: £26,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
