Logistics Administrator
The Logistics role will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse and logistics function. Key responsibilities include processing customer orders, preparing and organising packing lists, producing and applying product labels, and ensuring parcels are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare packing lists and delivery documentation.
- Print and apply product and shipping labels to parcels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Liaise with courier and delivery partners regarding collections and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock and order records.
- Assist with goods-in and goods-out procedures.
- Ensure the warehouse and packing areas remain clean, organised, and safe.
- Support the wider logistics team with general administrative and operational duties as required.
The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
