Are you an experienced Catering Manager ready to lead from the front?
Construction Crew Catering (CCC) is looking for a confident, hands-on Self-Employed Catering Manager to oversee one of our busy catering operation at RAF Brize Norton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record of managing people, controlling budgets and delivering outstanding food and customer service.
Starting from £230 per day (depending on experience) Contract until November 2026, with the possibility of extension
Immediate start available - Self-employed position Hours to be confirmed, will includes some weekend.
As a Catering Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the catering operation, including:
Leading, motivating and managing the catering team
Planning staff rotas and ensuring adequate cover
Managing budgets and controlling food costs
Ordering stock and maintaining supplier relationships
Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards Delivering outstanding food and customer service every day
Stepping into the kitchen to cook and support the team whenever required
We're looking for someone who has previous Catering Manager, Chef Manager or Hospitality Manager experience.
A proven track record of successfully managing teams. Strong organisational and budgeting skills. Experience planning staff rotas and running a busy operation a hands-on approach with the ability to cook when required.
Full UK driving licence and own transport is required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company on an exciting project, with the potential for the contract to continue beyond November.
