Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Bar Staff to join our team in providing excellent service at our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide assistance to customers with menu selections
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a restaurant or bar setting
- Proficient in time management to handle busy periods efficiently
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
- Ability to perform basic maths calculations for handling payments
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
