£27k- £30k per annum DOE + OTE Earnings
Daniel Owen is looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Reading team, an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Working within our Trades & Labour division, you will recruit for a range of roles, building strong relationships with candidates and helping clients secure the talent they need.
Your Impact as an Associate Recruitment Consultant
Candidate Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify, develop and maintain candidate relationships.
Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications, experience and career goals for temporary opportunities within the Trades & Labour sector.
Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment and administrative support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.
Permanent Recruitment: Support the team with temporary Trades & Labour recruitment, helping to match high-quality candidates to suitable roles.
Client Relationships: Build strong working relationships with existing clients, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
