Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Cleaner Quality Controller to oversee cleaning standards within our organisation. Responsibilities

- Supervise and support cleaning staff, providing guidance on best practices and efficient techniques.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for all cleaning activities.
- Organise training sessions for cleaning staff to uphold consistent standards of service.
- Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Address any issues or deficiencies identified during inspections promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, training sessions, and quality control reports.
- Liaise with management to improve cleaning protocols and enhance overall service quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a cleaning environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
- Strong communication skills, capable of providing clear instructions and feedback to team members.
- Ability to identify potential hazards or issues related to cleanliness and safety.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to commercial cleaning operations.

- Valid right to work in the UK.
- Proven Airbnb cleaning experience.
- Proven deep cleaning experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Flexible and available to work varying shifts, including weekends when required.
- Able to commute to different locations as needed.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Previous quality control or supervisory cleaning experience is preferred.
