We are seeking to recruit a Health and Safety Administrator to work within our Health and Safety team based at our head office in Twycross. We are looking for someone to undertake administrative duties with good IT and communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues of all levels throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and document incident data and key performance indicators for the Health & Safety team
- Logging Data, as applicable, on our customer’s in house safety systems
- Audit report feedback
- Manage the employee training matrix
- Manage and book training courses as required
- Purchasing of supplies and manage deliveries upon arrival
- Raise purchase order numbers
- Manage and Stock take the equipment and uniform store
- Assist operators as required with supplying of new uniform and safety equipment
- Filing
- General support for Health and Safety Team
Salary: – £27,000 -£29,000 per annum.
Skills Required:
· Good IT skills - competent with the use of MS word and MS Excell.
· Good Communication skills - both written and oral.
· Good organisational skills.
· Adaptive team player
