Operating for over 80 years, from within West Yorkshire, we are a family owned and operated manufacturer of catering equipment & servery counters, supplying a number of prestigious clients both nationally and internationally.
The Role
We require a proactive, reliable and focused individual to join our company in the role of Service and Warranty Co-Ordinator.
As the Service and Warranty Co-Ordinator you will provide exemplary customer service to Victors customers, end users and distributors by working efficiently and effectively to coordinate the quotation and supply of spares parts and by liaising with our service engineers to organise and arrange the timely repair of Victor Products.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Receiving and answering enquires, via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Interpreting customer spares enquiries and quoting accordingly
- Inputting internal orders onto the production control system
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved within an appropriate time scale
- Organising services by Victor engineers. Raising orders for payable service call outs and Checking and signing service engineer invoices
- Maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times while handling client interactions.
- Supporting administrative tasks as required to ensure the efficient functioning of the department.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Be punctual, flexible and reliable.
In addition, the successful candidate must have excellent communication, customer service and IT skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to Victors end users.

Hours of Employment
22 hours per week over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Exact start and finish times can be discusses at interview and offer stage.
