As an Industrial Cleaning Operative, you will play a key role in delivering specialist cleaning services across a variety of industrial environments. The role involves tasks such as industrial cleaning, confined space operations, and tank cleaning, often working as part of a team to complete complex and safety-critical projects. You will help ensure that sites remain operational, safe, and compliant, making you an essential part of keeping vital industry services running.
Ideally, you will be qualified in the following but training can be provided.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00, although hours may vary depending on job start and finish times, so flexibility is required. Overtime is paid at time and a half for any hours worked beyond eight per day. The primary site is based in Newport, with work carried out at locations across the UK.
Candidates must be able to provide weekend availability and be willing to work away from home.
Overtime rates are as follows: Saturday at time and a half, Sunday at double time, and Bank Holidays at triple time (or double time with a day in lieu). In addition we offer twelve hours guaranteed pay whilst working away, with accommodation and meals provided.
