About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to join our growing team. Our work mainly involves site finishing, including external works around new-build housing developments, roads, and drainage.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Site finishing on new-build housing developments
- Kerbing, edging and paving
- Slabbing and block paving
- Installing and repairing drainage systems
- Road and footpath construction
- Topsoiling, landscaping preparation and finishing works
- Operating small plant and tools where qualified
- Working safely and maintaining a clean, organised site
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Groundworker (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Experience in site finishing and drainage work
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- CPCS/NPORS plant tickets would be an advantage but are not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Pay: £15.23-£22.78 per hour
