The Sheaf, is a small family-run business in London SE1 1TY, looking for passionate Bar staff to join our already amazing team and help us to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.

As a successful member of our Bar Staff, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and a desire to work as part of a team. You’ll get lots of training, learn about all our products & have a good time along the way.
We are open 7 days a week, shifts will vary including daytime, evenings and weekends. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, so please only apply if you can work those shifts.
Experience would be advantageous, but not required as full training will be provided.

Schedule:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the bar
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a bartender or in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
