Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Team Members to join our dynamic events team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of various events, including catering, hospitality, and hospitality-related functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and possess relevant experience in sales, client representation, Event based environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in event management and guest relations within a vibrant setting.
Duties
- Welcome guests and ensure they receive attentive and courteous service throughout the event
- Assist with client representation in accordance with Client standards
- Support catering operations by setting up venues, arranging tables, and managing service stations
- Maintain organisation of event spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless event experiences from start to finish
- Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in packing down after events, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored or disposed of
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Experience serving guests in a fast-paced setting such as hotels, restaurants, or events is preferred
- Knowledge of Sales and Customer Representation
- Knowledge of guest services principles and excellent communication skills are essential
- Experience working within a team-oriented environment with a flexible approach to varied responsibilities

Pay: From £25,420.00 per year
