About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Shift Supervisor to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading shifts, and ensuring top-notch service across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day service during your shift
Support and lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Maintain high standards of customer service and food/drink quality
Ensure staff are following procedures and delivering great guest experiences
Handle customer queries or issues confidently
Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling and stock control

Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Confident, positive leader with a hands-on attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Organised and calm under pressure
A passion for great service and attention to detail
