Milk Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in welcoming SEN schools across Chertsey, Surrey. Whether you're experienced in education, care, or support work, or you're looking to begin a career in SEND, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while helping pupils reach their full potential.
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

Working one-to-one and in small groups to help pupils access learning and build confidence.

Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing.

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Helping to create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEND.

Experience in education, care, youth work, coaching, or support work is desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

A willingness to learn and adapt to meet the individual needs of pupils.
