Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the car valeting team to ensure efficient service delivery
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness, detailing, and presentation according to company guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Conduct regular safety checks, enforce health and safety policies, and promote a safe working environment
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and replenishment
- Support team training and development to enhance skills in vehicle cleaning techniques and customer interactions
Qualifications
- PREFERED experience in janitorial or vehicle detailing roles, with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record to assist with vehicle movement when necessary
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and handle cleaning equipment safely
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and safety compliance
