Easy Pick Services (EPR24)
Easy Pick Services is looking for reliable 3.5T Recovery Drivers to join our growing roadside recovery team.
If you enjoy driving, working independently, and helping people, this could be the role for you. We offer fixed shifts, stable rota patterns, and long-term opportunities within a growing business.
Previous recovery experience is preferred but not essential. Full training is available for the right candidate.
The Role
- Recover and transport cars and light commercial vehicles
- Attend breakdowns and roadside assistance jobs
- Carry out basic roadside support, including jump-starts and wheel changes
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers
- Update jobs using company handheld devices and systems
- Work closely with our dispatch team throughout your shift
Every day is different, with a variety of jobs across London and the surrounding areas.

Requirements
- Full UK Category B Driving Licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Previous recovery or roadside assistance experience
- B+E (Trailer) Licence
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Mobile tyre fitting experience (training available)
Working Hours
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Typical shifts between 8–12 hours
- Fixed rota patterns available
Location
Based in Romford, covering London, Essex, and surrounding areas.
