What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Bar Manager in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth service and a vibrant atmosphere
- Lead, motivate, and support bar staff during shifts
- Oversee the preparation and service of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and bar presentation
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and food safety regulations
- Handle cash management, reconciliation, and accurate transaction processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate restocking
- Contribute to staff training, development, and performance feedback
- Help maintain Daisy’s signature vibe — fun, friendly, and unforgettable
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability to work nights, including the weekend - This may include the occasional day shift
- Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or senior bar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Confidence in handling fast‑paced environments and making quick decisions
- Solid organisational and time‑management skills
- A team‑player mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach
