Role Overview:
To be responsible for managing engineer resources across the installs team.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the field-based install team including toolbox talks, training & mentoring, performance management, absence management
Point of contract for engineers / surveyors / QA over problems and issues on site
First escalation point for tenant issues and complaints
Rectifying issues with surveys and carrying out surveys when required
Liaising with admin team over planning and materials
Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers over materials and deliveries
Building and maintaining excellent client relationships including sending surveys, day-to-day contact resolving any problems or concerns, technical advice and customer care.
Providing technical support to engineers and office
Attending client meetings when required
Assist the install managers where required on both WIP and post-inspection of jobs including Handover for completed jobs
Assist with desktop audits on installations and invoice processing for sub-contractors
Point of contact for accounts admin when processing job costing and sending referrals to clients
