We're expanding our Bank Dental Nurse team and looking for someone GDC-registered who's happy moving between four practices across Glasgow and North Lanarkshire: Springburn, Pollok, Thornliebank, and Shotts. Each site shares the same culture — relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely team-first, with reception staff, nurses, and clinicians all treated as equals. Wherever you're placed on a given day, you'll find the same values. What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering hands-on clinical support and attentive patient care at whichever practice needs you
- Covering gaps during annual leave, illness, or busy spells — arriving as a reliable teammate, not just a stand-in
- Liaising closely with our Operations Manager, clinicians, and Practice Managers, flagging anything early so problems stay small
- Switching comfortably between sites while holding the same standards at each one
- Bringing an upbeat, cooperative attitude to every shift, no matter which practice you're in
What We're Looking For
- Current GDC registration as a Dental Nurse
- Comfortable working in multiple, varied practice settings
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Dependable, well-organised, and quick to adapt
- Good communicator with a positive outlook
- Happy taking guidance from our Operations Manager and adjusting per site
