We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator/Packer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality customized designs and efficiently packing finished products for shipment. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper calibration and thread color selection for each design.
- Monitor embroidery processes to maintain consistent quality, making adjustments as needed during production.
- Inspect finished embroidered items for defects, accuracy, and overall quality before packing.
- Pack completed products carefully, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies such as threads, fabrics, and packing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to quality standards.
