Site – Fenchurch Street
Full Time: 45 hours per week

Who we are
We are London's quality-first and provenance-led salad restaurant, offering your very own choice of premium salads and juices packed full of organic and regeneratively-farmed British produce. With sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
At P.Y.O. we care about the environment and to show it, we are a pending B-Corp company. This means that we are committed to making a difference to the community through positive social and environmental actions. In addition, we're committed to recruiting people from all walks of life and backgrounds to reflect our customers and our community and to help make our business stronger. As we grow, we will look to further support our people via more expansive employment policies, flexible working arrangements and an employee support programme open to everyone.
Our aim is to champion a holistic approach to sustainability in the quick-service restaurant industry by driving demand for more sustainable and ethical farming practices through the use of an organic and regenerative supply chain, minimising food waste, partnering with charities and running a subscription model. It's how we “Choose Better”, every day.
Ideally, you'll be passionate about sustainability and ethical farming. You'll have proven experience running a shift and a team end-to-end, be commercially minded, and be ready to take the next step toward site leadership — supporting the General Manager in every aspect of running a high-performing site.
