Trailblazing Digital part of a group of brands that generate £5m plus sales per year. Helping businesses grow through AI, digital marketing, websites, CRM systems, automation and lead generation.
We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who loves building relationships, opening doors and winning new business.
This isn't a call centre role. You'll be speaking and meeting with business owners and decision makers, understanding their challenges and introducing our solutions that genuinely help them grow.

Your Role
- Generate new B2B opportunities through meetings, calls, email, LinkedIn and networking.
- Arrange meetings and demonstrations.
- Build relationships with SME owners and decision makers.
- Follow up warm enquiries generated through marketing.
- Manage your sales pipeline within our CRM.
- Work alongside our marketing and fulfilment teams.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
About You
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Confident speaking with business owners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Professional, organised and positive.
- Experience selling marketing, software, SaaS, telecoms or business services is desirable but not essential.
