What we are looking for:
We are seeking two experienced, driven, and motivated Sales Negotiators to join our expanding and high-performing sales team. This is a key role within the business, where you will act as the main point of contact for buyers and vendors, playing a crucial part in maximising property sales across Runcorn ,Widnes & Stockton Heath.You will bring energy, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to the role, using your negotiation skills and customer-focused approach to deliver outstanding results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ideally with estate agency experience to further develop their career within a supportive, fast-paced, and ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors, understanding their needs and providing tailored guidance throughout the sales process
- Generate and book property viewings through effective applicant management
- Conduct property viewings, presenting properties in a professional and engaging manner
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Progress agreed sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and all relevant parties
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported at every stage
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all activity using the company CRM system
- Stay informed on local market trends, property legislation, and compliance requirements
- Support the wider team with administrative duties including preparing documentation, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Contribute to team targets and overall branch performance through a proactive and results-driven approach
- QualificationsPrevious experience in estate agency preferedStrong negotiation and communication skillsProven ability to deliver excellent customer service

Organised with strong attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence
