Duties

- Supervise and manage food portions to minimise waste while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods
- Contribute to menu planning and development by providing creative ideas and feedback
- Serve dishes with professionalism, ensuring presentation meets our high standards
Experience
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety regulations
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary
- Experience supervising or managing team members is advantageous but not mandatory
