Rickman Stairs Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Joiner’s Mate to join our installation team with an immediate start available.
We specialise in the manufacture and installation of high-quality bespoke staircases for residential and commercial projects. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a professional team and take pride in producing quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
Essential Requirements
· 2–3 years’ experience in a joinery, carpentry or Joiner’s Mate role
· Own tools
· Full, clean UK driving licence
· Positive, can-do attitude
· Reliable and punctual
· Strong team player
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work to a high standard while following health and safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting with the installation of bespoke staircases
· Loading, transporting and handling materials safely
· Preparing work areas and maintaining a clean and organised site
· Supporting experienced joiners to complete installations to the highest standard
· Representing Rickman Stairs professionally while working on customers’ premises
