Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Bay Court Residential & Nursing Home

Bay Court Residential & Nursing Home is looking for a compassionate Night Nurse to join our friendly and loyal team in the beautiful seaside town of Budleigh Salterton.

The Role
As Nurse in Charge on nights, you will be responsible for the clinical care and wellbeing of our 29 residents. You will work in line with the NMC Code of Conduct and Bay Court policies, ensuring the highest standards of care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Nurse in Charge during night shifts
- Provide person-centred nursing care
- Develop, review, and maintain care plans and risk assessments
- Care for residents with complex, palliative, or acute needs
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Maintain clear and compliant clinical documentation
About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Caring, reliable, and professional
- Able to work independently and lead a team on night shifts
Hours
- Part-time
- Average 18 hours per week
- Monday night every week and alternative Saturdays
- Opportunity to cover other nights if wanted
- 12-hour night shifts
