we are a very busy venue so you will need to be quick and able to stand for long periods of time. we are open Monday- Sunday so shifts will vary across days, evenings and weekends
Duties will include
- Cleaning and sanitation: Washing all kitchenware, appliances, floors, walls, and work surfaces to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Waste management: Removing and recycling waste from the kitchen regularly throughout the day.
- Dishwashing: Ensuring that enough clean crockery , plates, and cutlery are always available
- Stock and deliveries: Unloading deliveries, inspecting goods, and organizing the storeroom.
- Equipment maintenance: Keeping kitchen equipment clean and properly stored, and reporting any faulty machinery to management
- Basic food preparation: Helping with simple tasks
- Team support: Working as part of the coffee quarters team to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment.
