We are currently seeking dedicated and caring Registered Nurses (RGN) to join our nursing team for both day and night shifts.

The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines
- Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to clinical needs
- Develop and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records
- Support and supervise care staff during shifts
- Work collaboratively with GPs, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Promote safeguarding, infection control, and best clinical practice
- Ensure residents are always treated with dignity and respect
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Passionate about elderly care and improving residents’ quality of life
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to work effectively under pressure
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Experienced in care home nursing (preferred but not essential)
