We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to play a key role in the continued growth and success of our Residential Sales Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven property professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the strategic development of a high-performing team.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing residential property sales from initial instruction through to completion, while helping to drive departmental performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate residential property sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
* Manage the sales progression process from offer agreed through to successful completion.
* Generate valuation opportunities and convert them into new business instructions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other professional contacts.
* Support the growth, development, and performance of the Residential Sales Department.
* Contribute to departmental strategy and identify opportunities to improve performance and service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company procedures.
* Represent the company professionally and uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.

* Proven experience within residential property sales or estate agency.
* Strong negotiation and sales progression skills.
* A track record of generating and winning valuation opportunities.
