Front of House Coordinator
Temporary | Full-Time | Prestigious Office Building, Cheltenham
We are a prestigious commercial property in the heart of Cheltenham, and the face of our building matters. We're looking for a polished, proactive Front of House Coordinator to join us on a temporary, full-time basis and take ownership of the building experience for our occupiers and their guests.
As Front of House Coordinator, you'll be the ambassador for our building — responsible not just for greeting visitors, but for curating a first-class environment that reflects the quality of the building and the expectations of the businesses within it. Alongside your front of house duties, you'll provide essential administrative support that keeps the building running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and managing visitors, contractors, and occupiers with professionalism and discretion
- Acting as the central point of contact for day-to-day building operations and occupier queries
- Supporting the Managing Director on ad hoc queries and day-to-day operational requirements
- Overseeing the presentation and upkeep of all front of house and communal areas
- Supporting meeting room coordination and event logistics where required
- Building strong working relationships with occupier businesses and their teams
- Handling general correspondence — drafting, formatting, and managing communications on behalf of the Managing Director
- Maintaining accurate records, filing, and administrative documentation
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as the building's needs evolve
- Identifying and escalating issues proactively, ensuring a smooth occupier experience at all times
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a front of house, hospitality, or facilities-facing role in a corporate or premium environment
- Strong administrative skills — organised, detail-conscious, and confident managing correspondence
- Exceptionally presented, with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to put people at ease
- Confident managing competing priorities and staying composed under pressure
- A self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting to be directed
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general business software; experience with visitor management or building systems is a plus
- Flexible and dependable — this role is the heartbeat of the building
