We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's developmental needs
- Supervise children during play, meal times, and rest periods to ensure their safety and well-being
- Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating records and preparing learning materials
- Drive or organise transportation for outings or activities when required
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide children effectively and support team collaboration
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childcare practices
- Ability to organise activities that promote learning through play
- Valid driving licence is preferred for transportation duties
- Compassionate, patient, and able to build trusting relationships with children and parents
- Relevant childcare qualifications or early childhood education certifications are advantageous

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,417.98 per year
