Overview
Ideally we are looking for someone to work three or four shifts per week. Shift times are 8.00 am to 3.00 pm and 3.00 pm to 10.00 pm. However, full-time hours can be considered if required for the successful candidate.

This rewarding role involves providing compassionate, personalized care in a residential care home. You will play a vital part in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for those you serve.
Duties
- Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks.
- Engage in meaningful communication to build trusting relationships and understand each individual’s requirements and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of care.
- Support clients with household tasks such as swerving meals, light cleaning, and medication administration. (Training provided).
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately and consistently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, empathetic approach to support diverse needs
- Experience working in a care home or home care environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
- Promotion to senior care assistant roles when available.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 21.0 – 32.5 per week
