About This Opportunity
Join OnBio Ltd, a pioneering family-run business at the forefront of sustainable technology in the UK film industry. We're seeking a hard working individual to join our team, working behind the scenes on major film productions at iconic studios including Pinewood, Shepperton, and Warner Bros Leavesden.
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (based on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (47.5 hours/week including paid lunch)
Location: High Wycombe with travel to film locations across the UK

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Equipment Installation & Maintenance
- Install and maintain temporary heating/cooling systems
- Service marquee heaters and electrical equipment to industry standards
- Conduct on-site repairs and emergency callouts
- Operate specialised machinery including forklifts and access equipment
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed during installations
- Maintain equipment inventory using our digital systems
Workshop & Yard Management
- Keep workshop organized and equipment maintained to high standards
- Conduct PAT testing and equipment servicing
- Load/unload delivery vehicles and manage hire equipment
What We're Looking For:
- Full clean driving license (required)
- Previous events/temporary installation experience - essential for understanding the unique demands of film production
- Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills
- Comfortable working at height and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
