- Ensuring the home remains fully compliant with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
- Promoting positive outcomes for children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Supporting, mentoring and developing the team to deliver exceptional care.
- Working closely with the Deputy Manager and senior leadership team.
- Managing staffing, budgets and resources effectively.
- Building positive relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
- Driving continuous improvement and working towards achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating.

- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within an Ofsted-registered children's residential home.
- A strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards), or an equivalent qualification.
- A full UK driving licence.
What's on Offer?
- Salary from £50,000, with flexibility for experienced candidates.
- £150 monthly fuel allowance.
- A Good-rated Ofsted home with an experienced, settled team.
- An established Deputy Manager already in post.
- Supportive and approachable senior management.
- Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.
- A stable organisation that values its managers and invests in its people.
- The opportunity to lead a small, child-focused home where you can make a real impact.
