Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Administrator to support our property operations team. This role is essential to the smooth running of our lettings and property management processes and will suit someone with proven administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and previous experience handling a variety of tasks by phone and email.
Responsibilities
As a Property Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a professional, efficient and responsive service throughout the tenancy.
Your responsibilities will include preparing new tenancy agreements and associated documentation, arranging and monitoring property safety certificates, processing rental payments, chasing rent arrears, coordinating maintenance and repair works, raising and monitoring work orders, and maintaining accurate property records.
You will act as a central point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors, responding to enquiries, providing regular updates and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
