Job Overview
We’re on the hunt for passionate and energetic CrossFit and HYROX Coaches to join our team at CrossFit Petersfield.
We're not looking for someone to count reps and unlock the door. We're looking for a leader in our community, someone who turns up excited to help every person in the room, and who actually cares how they're progressing.
Experience is great but isn’t everything to us, we’re looking for the right person who fits in with our culture and embodies everything we believe in. We'll coach you to become the best coach you can be. That means knowing every member's name, caring about their goals outside the gym, and wanting to develop them as a whole person - not just their lifts.
What We're Looking For:
- Commuting distance to CrossFit Petersfield is a of maximum 30 minutes, as early morning classes are required.
- Certification in personal training, CrossFit Level 1, or equivalent. We are willing to pay and train for qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be coached and developed - ability to receive constructive feedback
- Strong desire to integrate into the community aspect of the gym through our social and fitness events.
- A desire to make everyone 1% better everyday.
Pay: £12,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Coaching: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CrossFit Lvl 1 (preferred)
