About Us
Nothing is clearer to us than the belief that every woman should include strength training in her life to enhance both physical and mental well-being. It's about building strong bodies and even stronger minds, asserting their right to take up space in the gym, and allowing the spotlight to shine bright on their progress.
To us, strength training represents a determined, goal-oriented mindset and an unwavering work ethic. We don't wait for success; we create it through hard work and determination. When faced with challenges, we don't back down; instead, we break through barriers, recognising that true progress lies on the other side.
These are the pillars that form the foundation of Oner Active. We consistently challenge ourselves to create innovative and impactful products, so that you can perform better. With our range of products and innovative approach, we provide a wide variety of colours to ensure that all skin tones genuinely radiate in Oner.

The Team:
The small legal team is practical and focused on managing risk whilst staying mindful of the needs and aims of the business. We manage the legal process for the whole business, using external legal counsel and technology to support where necessary. With a proactive and flexible approach, we aim to enable rather than police the business.
About you:
You will be a junior/mid level lawyer with a keen interest in the fitness sector. You will be confident but own your limitations. You will be able to work independently and be curious about the nuts and bolts of the business. You understand that context is key. You have a proactive and flexible approach and find solutions where you can.
You’ll be responsible for:
Overseeing agreements with talent, from negotiation support through to execution
Reviewing and negotiating third party contracts across tech, events and facilities
Managing company secretarial duties, including filings, records and governance administration
Overseeing the IP portfolio in partnership with external counsel, ensuring it remains protected and up to date
Building and embedding a process for identifying and responding to third party IP infringements, including recommending courses of action
Supporting with customer complaints, providing pragmatic and timely resolutions
Supporting web and product compliance, keeping the business on the right side of relevant regulations
Leading the rollout of Juro as the business's contract management system, including building out templates, configuring workflows and upskilling the wider team to use it confidently
You’ll need to be:
A qualified solicitor with around 3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience), confident in your abilities but clear on when to escalate or seek support
Comfortable advising on a broad range of commercial agreements, from straightforward supplier contracts to more complex negotiations
Experienced in company secretarial matters, with an understanding of the governance and filing obligations that come with the role
A strong drafter, able to turn complex legal language into clear, practical documentation
Knowledgeable about intellectual property, with the ability to manage an IP portfolio and spot issues before they become problems
Someone who takes ownership, proactive, solutions-focused and happy to get into the detail of how the business actually works
Nice to have’s:
