The Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic Reception Salesperson to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service while driving sales of admissions, memberships, and party bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and deliver outstanding first impressions
- Process admissions, bookings, and payments accurately
- Promote and upsell parties, memberships, and other offers
- Handle customer enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Maintain a clean, organised reception area
- Assist with daily admin and operational tasks
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
