Job Summary
Office Administrator required for a busy, forward thinking , fast growing manufacturing company.
Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 16:30PM
Responsibilities and Duties
- Performing data/order entry tasks on a routine basis
- Reviewing Sales orders for standard requirements
- Responding to customers calls.
- Reviewing customer open order reports and making changes in EXCEL.
- Filing
- General Office duties
- Knowledge of Excel
- Previous data/order entry experience preferred.
- General business experience, good math skills required.
- Working knowledge of multiple Microsoft programs
- IT qualifications advantageous.
- Ability to solve problems and multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills, including using good judgment when dealing with others.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,440.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
