Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft beverages
- Ensure all food safety standards are maintained by adhering to proper handling and sanitation procedures
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining a high level of service quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process payments promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized work area including bar counters, tables, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any issues with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value eagerness to learn!
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures is a plus
- Strong bartending skills including cocktail preparation are highly desirable
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask in a lively setting
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Friendly, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
