Overview:
We are Moku, Newcastle's first Hawaiian Inspired Restaurant - after 2.5 years we have made our way to the top 10 of Tripadvisor for our Fusion food and tiki cocktails. We offer chilled vibes throughout the day with our Breakfast & Brunch menu as well as Bottomless Brunches then provide a full 3 course evening menu throughout the night.
We are looking for someone to come in and be able to operate on both the floor providing the best service but also the bar, ideally cocktail trained to aid churning out our extensive cocktail menu when needed.
We are looking for someone who is wanting 25-30 hours throughout the week, working mid-week evenings and weekends.
Whether you're still at uni or just finished and are figuring things out, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for outgoing individuals who have a passion for quality and for customer satisfaction. Customer service is our driving factor and we expect all our staff to have the same passion as we do. We will provide full training for both floor and bar on shift.
What we require;
Bar Tending experience (Minimum 1 year)
Customer service experience (Preferred 1 year)
Hospitality experience (Preferred 1 year)
