As a trusted regional expert, you'll translate global MarTech strategy into actionable local execution, support the adoption of tools and processes, and ensure that marketing technologies are configured and used consistently across your region. Key Responsibilities
What Will I Be Doing?
You'll lead the regional adoption of global marketing tools and processes, ensuring they are implemented effectively and aligned with enterprise standards. Acting as the regional expert for marketing technology, you'll support users, troubleshoot technical issues and work with IT and global teams to improve platforms, integrations and overall performance.
You'll help drive automation and AI initiatives, promote best practice across the MarTech ecosystem, and ensure teams understand how systems and data work together. You'll also create training and guidance, collaborate with Marketing, Sales and IT teams, ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, and measure the impact and adoption of marketing technology initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive, collaborative, and technically grounded professional with proven experience in marketing technology activation within a multi-region or global organisation. You'll have strong working knowledge of marketing platforms, integrations, and automation tools, along with the ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements.
You'll be a confident communicator and trusted partner, skilled at building relationships across marketing, sales and IT, managing stakeholders, and supporting adoption of new tools and practices. A structured thinker with high attention to detail, you're comfortable troubleshooting complex challenges and contributing to continuous improvement.
Experience creating training content and leading enablement is important, along with hands-on experience of platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, and LeanData. A solid understanding of CRM data flows, lead routing, account-based marketing, data governance, and privacy compliance will help you succeed in this role.
If you're curious about AI-driven marketing, motivated by optimisation, and want to play a meaningful role in shaping how marketing technology operates across a global business, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
