We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent specialist referral practice in South London, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and progressive environment. With a strong reputation for clinical excellence and continued growth, this is the ideal role for a nurse looking to gain hands-on referral experience while working alongside an experienced specialist team.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or out-of-hours, giving you an excellent work-life balance.
As a Referral RVN, you will:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to referral patients.
- Support specialists with consultations, procedures and advanced diagnostics.
- Monitor and care for patients throughout their referral journey.
- Assist with anaesthesia, theatre and inpatient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the highest standards of clinical care.
- Work closely with a friendly and collaborative multidisciplinary team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment.
- Demonstrates empathy, professionalism and outstanding communication skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care.
Previous referral nursing experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Full support will be provided for the right candidate looking to make the move into referral practice.
