KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The post holder will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of their services.
- To work as a member of the team to provide the people we support with the necessary care and guidance within their own homes to lead valued lives
- To act as a positive role model in a professional manner while working alongside the individual, their families and significant others as agreed with the individual.
- To ensure that the service and staff operate in full accordance with all statutory, regulatory and standards requirements and meeting current CQC requirements for maintaining, as a minimum, a CQC rating of GOOD.
- Monitor team performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver safe, effective and effective services.
- Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional standards of care, compliance, and great outcomes for the people we support.
- Support business growth while ensuring outstanding quality and regulatory performance.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Must have understanding of Trauma, Learning Disabilities, Autism and peoples physical & emotional needs.
- Recruit, manage, coach and develop a high-performing care team.
- Must be a Driver due to the Geographical spread of services and oncall requirements
- Experience of Managing teams in a CQC a Regulated Service across a Rural Location
- 3 years experience working with Adults with learning disabilities in the last 5 years and at least 1 year at senior level
- Related Professional Qualification in respect to social care. The QCF Level 5 health and social care, NVQ level 4 management or CQSW or DipSW or another relevant professional qualification.
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance, quality standards and business performance.
