We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and safe environment for both staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices, restrooms, and communal areas.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organised.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or prolonged standing.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
