About the Role
N3 Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a vibrant and talented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at the B&B Hotel Cambridge South. Our goal is to deliver an impeccable environment that maximizes the guest experience from the moment they arrive.
You will be the guardian of our standards, ensuring that every room and communal space reflects the luxury and comfort our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your primary focus is ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Housekeeping: Maintain bedrooms and communal living spaces to "spotless" standards.
- Linen: Managing and ensuring all hotel linens and fabrics are maintained to high quality.
- Environmental Standards: Apply rigorous hygiene and tidiness protocols across all assigned areas.
- Cross-Departmental Support: As part of our "One Team, One Goal" model, you will provide flexible support across Reception, Bar, Lounge, and Kitchen areas as operational demands arise to ensure seamless service.

Technical Requirements:
- Effective communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation (preferred).
- Previous cleaning experience in a similar hospitality environment.
- Experience in food service is an advantage.
