Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Saturday Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about luxury watches and jewelry who thrives in a lively retail environment. As a Saturday Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandising displays, and support sales efforts to ensure a memorable shopping experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Provide detailed product information on watches and jewelry, highlighting features and brand history
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain attractive displays that draw customer attention
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and accessories
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy following proper phone etiquette
- Manage transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations
- Organize the sales floor efficiently, ensuring products are well-stocked and presented neatly
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with an engaging and friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions confidently
- Excellent organizational skills to manage the sales area effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
