Job description
The Nursery Practitioner will be assisting and supporting the Room Leader in the day-to-day management and running of the room. This position is offering a competitive basic salary and additional wider benefits, including opportunities for future career progression.
Practitioner Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning for your key children and maintain accurate children’s records.
- Provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Contribute effectively to our safeguarding culture, be alert to the wellbeing of the children in your care and communicate any concerns to the DSL.
- Contribute positively to the wider team and offer assistance if required.
