What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering or production environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Comfortable following processes and instructions accurately
- Reliable, conscientious and keen to learn
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working within an industrial environment
- Any engineering or technical qualifications would be useful, but aren't essential
Why would you want it?

- Opportunity to develop technical knowledge and qualifications
- Plenty of scope to progress as your experience grows
- Stable, established and growing business
- Friendly, close-knit working environment
